If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

You can provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
To start a return, just email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll get an email once the refund is on the way. Please note that banks may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something broken or not what you ordered? We’re so sorry.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with a photo and your order number—we’ll make it right, fast.
